Are your candles made using essential oils?
Our candles are made using high-quality fragrance oils, many of them which are infused with essential oils. Essential oils are distillations of a flower, root, herb, or resin and as such, certain candle scents would be impossible to create. Therefore, as an alternative, we use high-quality fragrance oils that are phthalate-free to ensure that we are able to create amazing-smelling candles while still ensuring that the oils we use are safe for you. We also never use “straight out of the bottle” methods. So our candles are always very distinct from any else’s.
Why are your candles dye free?
While a few of our Limited Edition Candles are available in lovely colors we felt it best not to include any dyes in our candles to help keep them as natural as possible. Our Massage Oil Candles are all dye free as well. Our pillar and votives are available in colors.
When should I expect my order to ship?
Our in stock candles are shipped within 96 hours (business days) of any order being placed. We ship priority mail which includes free tracking, as well as free insurance! Our backordered items will ship out within 10 business days of your order. If an order is placed for mixed items (some backordered some in stock ) we ship the in stock items and then ship your back ordered items free of charge!
Do You Have Gift Wrapping? How is My Order Packaged?
We ship all our candles in our custom silver gift boxed complete with our logo sticker. If you are placing a large order or a lot of candles we will include the gift boxes separately in your order so you may give as gifts at your leisure.
We also include a free tea light sample of a scent that we think you will love.
What happens If I receive an order that is damaged?
While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged carefully we know that accidents do indeed happen. That is why every order you place is covered for damage via shipping at no cost to you. Simply contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your info and a picture of the damaged item and of the shipping label on your package. We will promptly ship out a replacement item at no additional cost to you. A worry free experience is what we want each of our customers to have.
